Wildflower Golf Course Positions Available:
Golf Professional Intern: The intern will assist the General Manager and Golf Pro with the everyday operation of the golf course. The intern should plan on providing lessons to resort guests at least 1-2 days per week during the summer. Will also be in charge of some leagues. Must be friendly and outgoing and be able to do basic math in a fast paced environment. Sales experince is preferred.
Store Workers: The Pro Shop has a snack bar that serves food and beverages to our golfers. Store workers are responsible for serving the golfers, some cleaning of the pro shop and driving the beverage cart around the course. Must possess good organizational skills, have a great personality, converse easily with others, be willing to assist other departments and always be pleasant to others.
Cart Person: The Pro Shop maintaines a fleet of golf carts. Cart persons are responsible for the cleaniness and organization of the carts. They also assit maintaining the range. Must be respectful of the equipment, work well with others, be will to assist other departments and always be pleasant to guests.
Course Maintenance: The course maintenance crew maintains the 18 holes at Wildflower and the 10 holes at Fair Hills. Previous experience with lawn equipment is preferred. The crew typically works Monday - Friday from sunrise - 2 pm and alternating weekends.
Course Maintenance Intern: The intern would perform same duties as the course maintenance crew. Extra responsibilities would include assisting the superintendent with projects, reports and employee supervision. Turfgrass Science Majors preferred.
Business Intern: The intern will assist the General Manager and Golf Pro with everyday operations of the golf course. The intern should plan on coordinating golf groups and league events. Must be friendly and outgoing and be able to do basic math in a fast paced environment. Sales experience is preferred.
