Your wedding at Fair Hills Resort will be a dream come true.
Our full service staff will work with you to make all the arrangements for a picture-perfect wedding, including:
- Groom's dinner
- Ceremony location
- Reception - food, cake and entertainment
- Honeymoon lakeside cabin
- Lodging for guests
Deposits & Cancellations
To make a reservation for your wedding (dinner, dance, etc.), we require a non-refundable $1,500.00 deposit. The reason is we set aside time for your wedding and give up other chances at having conventions, weddings, and other groups stay with us.
In addition to the $1,500 deposit, we require that 80% of the estimated total bill be paid to Fair Hills 30 days prior to the wedding day. The 80% down can be done all at once or on an installment plan. Payments can be made either by check or credit card.
Please note that we add 17% service charge and 6.875% MN sales tax to all of the rates.
