Boats come with a full tank of gas. Guests are charged only for the gas used after returning the equipment.
We have a limited supply of skis, wakeboards and tubes to use with the rental of a boat.
8HP Rental rates include gas.
Golf equipment and green fees:
Guest Course (9-hole)
Free to guests. Public rates, $10 per person. No tee times, call for course openings.
Wildflower 18-hole course
Fair Hills Resort Guests receive a 20% discount on green fees.
Golf carts:
Fair Hills maintains a small fleet of golf carts to assist golfers around the courses and to aid physically challenged individuals around the resort. Golf carts have a two-person capacity. Teens and young children are not allowed to drive golf carts. Management reserves the right to refuse rental to guests under the age of 18.
All Golf Carts Rates are Tax Inclusive.
