*Please add 15% service charge and 6.875% Minnesota sales tax to all rates. Guests who pay their deposit and final balance by check or cash receive a 2% discount off the room & lodging rate.
Reservation Policy
Most guests make a reservation for the following year when they check-out from their current stay. That is the best way to insure guests can have the same accommodations and dates the following year. However, we do take reservations all year long. To hold a cabin, a $300 per adult and $100 per child, ages 6-12, deposit is required for week long reservations. To hold a cabin for a part week reservation, a $100 per adult deposit is required. Deposits can be made at the time of booking your reservation. Reservations made prior to January 15th for the upcoming summer can be made without an immediate deposit. All deposits are due by January 15th. If no deposit is made for a reservation by that time, cabins will be released. Reservations made after January 15th for the upcoming summer have 10 days to make a deposit before cabins are released. Deposits can be made with a credit card over the phone or by mailing a check.
EARLY DEPARTURE OR CANCELLATION POLICY:
Receipt of your deposit guarantees space is reserved for you. Refunds are made, less a $50.00 handling charge, if cancellation is received 60 days prior to your arrival. You will lose your deposit if cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to your arrival. If you arrive late or leave early, you will still be charged for your entire reservation.
