Reservation Policy
If you were guests at the resort in 2007, you may make a reservation for 2008 upon departure for the same unit. If you leave $300/person for 2008, you will receive a letter December 1, 2007 with a confirmation. If you left a reservation for 2008 with NO MONEY DOWN, you will be asked in the Dec. 1, 2007 letter to send a deposit of $300/person by January 20, 2008. If no deposit is mailed or phoned in, cabins requests will be filled after that date.
EARLY DEPARTURE OR CANCELLATION POLICY: Receipt of your deposit guarantees space is reserved for you. Refunds are made, less a $50.00 handling charge, if cancellation is received 60 days prior to your arrival. You will lose your deposit if cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to your arrival. IF YOU ARRIVE LATE OR LEAVE EARLY, YOU WILL STILL BE CHARGED FOR YOUR ENTIRE RESERVATION.
