Wedding Ceremony & Reception Locations
We have several locations for wedding ceremonies: the Pavilion, the Deck, Golf Course and the Beach. Any of these locations can be used for the reception as well. We also have a dining room (seats 310) that works perfectly for serving your wedding meal or hosting a dance. Smaller options include the Library and the LakeLevel room, which are both inside the main Lobby, and can be used for an intimate ceremony or reception area.
Lakeside Pavilion: $1500

This price includes the rental of the pavilion area and main lobby of the resort from 12:00 p.m. of the wedding day until 11:30 p.m. of the wedding day (adhering to the rules of the lake homeowners association, bands or DJs must be finished by 11:30 p.m.). Dimensions: 34’ X 65’, 2210 sq. ft. Maximum of 300 people.
The Deck - $125 per hour.
The deck overlooks the lake and is attached to the main lodge. It is about 2400’ square feet (30’ x 80’). The Deck seats approx. 150 people for ceremony.

The Library - $125 per hour.
The library is the upper level of the main lodge. This is a nice room for a small, casual gathering. The room overlooks the lake and has a large fireplace. It is about 884 square feet (26’ x 34’). The Library seats approx. 50 people for ceremony.
The LakeLevel room - $225 per hour for both, $125 per house split
This room is located on the basement level of the main lodge. It looks out into the lake and has 2500 square feet. This room can be split in two by a false wall. Seats approx. 40 people if split, 80 if both.
Golf Course or Beach- Set-up fee of $1.50 per person attending; includes arbor, tables & chairs.

Decorating
You can start decorating the pavilion at 10 a.m. of the wedding day. If other parties are not using it, we will let you in earlier if you so desire. The decorations will have to be taken out the next day. We will clean up, but any decorations that you want to keep, such as flowers, must be removed by the following day. 
If you plan on decorating the Dining Room, you must let us know as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate you. Usually, decorating can be done in the morning after brunch. All special decorations, for example, flowers, tablecloths, centerpieces, etc., must be removed the day after the wedding. We are not responsible for any of your items (decorations) that may be broken or lost. The set-up fee for all ceremonies, regardless of location, is $2.00 per person attending. This is for the use of chairs, tables and the arbor. Any additional AV equipment is extra.
